Sponsorship Terms and Conditions
Sponsorship opportunities and recognition benefits are subject to availability and confirmation by the Upstate Talent Forum. Sponsorship designations may include event components such as meals, networking sessions, student engagement activities, scholarships, or other program elements as determined by event organizers.
The Upstate Talent Forum will work with each sponsor to identify the most appropriate recognition opportunity based on sponsorship level and availability.
Sponsorship commitments are accepted on a rolling basis until all opportunities are filled. Payment may be submitted online through this form or by mail. Sponsorship benefits may be contingent upon receipt of payment by applicable production deadlines.
To ensure proper recognition in event materials, sponsors are encouraged to provide a high-resolution logo in EPS or Adobe Illustrator (.AI) format. High-resolution JPG or PNG files may also be accepted; however, print quality cannot be guaranteed.
The University of South Carolina Upstate is a public institution of the State of South Carolina. Sponsorship payments are not considered charitable contributions unless otherwise specified. Please consult your tax advisor regarding the deductibility of sponsorship expenses.
Event organizers reserve the right to make reasonable modifications to sponsorship benefits, event programming, or recognition opportunities as circumstances require.
